HSE Manager – Cleanrooms – Dublin We are currently Partnering with a High-Growth, Market Leader in the Modular Cleanroom Design for the Biopharmaceutical sector. Demonstrating success across the UK and EMEA, they are currently seeking a HSE Manager to help further develop their growth in Dublin. Responsibilities Health & Safety Leadership Requirements Must have relevant HSE Qualifications i.e. NEBOSH Benefits €70,000 - €75,000 + Vehicle + Package
Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific HSE plans, ensuring all cleanroom construction activities comply with Irish legislation, industry standards, and company policies.
Risk Assessment & Control Measures
Carry out detailed risk assessments, method statement reviews, and hazard analyses, implementing effective control measures to maintain a safe working environment.
Site Audits & Compliance Monitoring
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety walks to verify compliance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvements across all project phases.
Incident Management & Reporting
Lead investigations into accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, ensuring root-cause analysis and corrective actions are completed and communicated.
Training & Safety Culture Development
Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and inductions, promoting a proactive safety culture across project teams, subcontractors, and cleanroom installation personnel.
Must have 6+ years’ experience in a similar role preferably on cleanroom projects
Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Must be based within a commutable distance of Dublin
